Film Story: Alexander (Steven Seagal) is the pioneer of a secretive operation on the fringe of Dagestan. The essential target is Islamic terrorist Abu Alwaki, while the auxiliary target is Mr. Chen (Tzi Ma). Mr. Chen is an Islamic fundamentalist arms merchant who's financing terrorism. The operation comes up short, bringing about the demise of Alexander's whole group and Mr. Chen's break.
Long after the terrible operation in Dagestan, Alexander has migrated to Eastern Europe. He begins to bond with his neighbor Lena (Iulia Verdes), and her more youthful sister Mya (Sofia Nicolaescu). Lena and Mya's more seasoned sibling Sasha (Victor Webster) gathers assurance cash for the Mafia, keeping in mind the end goal to pay off his dad's obligation and shield his more youthful sisters from any threat.
Lena works in a club that happens to be claimed by mafia supervisor Vladimir (Claudiu Bleont), and Alexander drops by to have a visit. Vladimir sees both of them holding, and has his men to caution Alexander to avoid Lena. Alexander can't, and a following battle results in death of three of Vladimir's men. In the wake of murdering Vladimir's men, Alexander takes a sack containing $300,000 from the club. The $300,000 has a place with arms-merchant Mr. Chen. Mr. Chen was utilizing Vladimir's club to launder cash in the interest of one of his purchasers. Mr. Chen gives Vlad 24 hours to recover the cash; else he will take Lena to adjust for the missing $300,000.
A short time later, Sasha is associated with taking Vladimir's cash. As a result of this, Vladimir sends a group of hit-men to murder Sasha. Expecting that Sasha is currently dead, Vladimir goes to Lena's level to set her up for Mr. Chen, yet in the wake of seeing Lena's impressively more youthful sister Mya, he chooses to take her. Mr. Chen's purchaser has a specific taste for young ladies, and as indicated by Mr. Chen, "the more youthful the better".
Sasha goes to Vladimir's club, and Vladimir is shocked that he is still alive. In spite of the fact that Vladimir attempted to have him killed, Sasha requests more opportunity to get Vladimir his cash back. In the wake of pounding Vladimir's men in a fistfight, Sasha is given more opportunity to recuperate the cash. Vladimir tells Sasha that the length of he recovers his cash in 14 hours, he will give Mya back to him in one piece.
To attempt to discover the area of Mya, Alexander abducts Vladimir. In the wake of being sufficiently tormented, Vladimir reveals the area of where Mr. Chen is holding Mya. Alexander then goes to a meeting with Mr. Chen, and offers to give Mr. Chen his $300,000 - in return for Mya's protected return. After at first tolerating Alexander's offer, Mr. Chen soon betrays him on the arrangement. A bleeding shootout then follows, and in the wake of slaughtering all of Mr. Chen's men, Alexander at long last slaughters Mr. Chen in a sword-battle. He then takes Mya securely home to her sibling Sasha and sister Lena.
