Film Story: Marley Corbett (Kate Hudson) is a savvy, joyful advertisement official living in New Orleans, who grasps her agreeable disposition, avoids any real obligations, and increases backing and quality from a nearby friend network. She likewise appreciates easygoing dating and declines to begin to look all starry eyed at. One day, after an arrangement, she is told by Dr. Julian Goldstein (Gael García Bernal) that she has terminal tumor. He is profoundly inspired by the way Marley acknowledges the news with cleverness and poise. While under analgesic, God (Whoopi Goldberg) appears to Marley in paradise and requests that her make three wishes. She flies, to win a million dollars (not impose free), and a third that is later uncovered.

Marley advises her companions the news, including her folks who isolated years before and don't talk now. Her mom (Kathy Bates) is determined and oppressive, and in a flash starts to cover Marley by going to over and over again and making her dinners to keep her quality up. Marley's dad (Treat Williams) is the inverse; far off and saved, and doesn't appear to be pestered with reconnecting with Marley with the time she has cleared out. While driving through town one morning, Marley and her companion Sarah (Lucy Punch) choose to join in a radio call amusement where the 97th guest wins a prize. They get past and Marley is told she's won flying lessons - her first wish conceded. Her other companion Renee (Rosemarie DeWitt) is pregnant with her second tyke.

As the weeks pass by, Marley's wellbeing begins to disintegrate and she visits Julian to an ever increasing extent. One night, they see each other at a band night at their neighborhood bar and choose to spend whatever remains of the night by going out on the town. They begin to create affections for each other.

Marley enlightens her manager regarding the malignancy and he gets some information about her disaster protection arranges, subsequent to their organization has an approach that anyone who has an existence undermining sickness can money out, picking up a million dollars ($500,000 dollars after expense) quickly - her second wish.

After another date, Marley and Julian rest together and start a relationship. In any case, she soon begins to feel frightened when she goes to the acknowledgment that they won't have a future together, and escapes rapidly one morning before he wakes. That evening, they contend in the recreation center and Marley severs it. She gets to be removed from and desirous of her companions who are all experiencing positive changes. In the wake of going to paradise in her fantasies for a moment time, God makes her understand that she needs to love what she has while she's still alive and, interestingly, Marley confesses to being infatuated. Soon thereafter, she visits Julian to revive their relationship, apologizes to the companions she has pushed away and even makes peace with her dad.

At home over the next weeks, Marley can do only lie in bed, and begins concentrating on everything she is going to miss. She composes cards for unique events she won't be around for later on and composes letters to her friends and family, giving every one of them to her mom for her to give out at the right times.

One morning, Marley and Sarah sit in the recreation center. Marley admits to Sarah that she is no more hesitant to kick the bucket, despite the fact that Sarah is startled at the possibility of living without her. Marley floats off and Sarah can't wake her. Knowing it's just about time, Marley is gone to by everybody in the clinic who encompass her quaint little inn with her until the end. The special case is Renee, who is in the process of giving birth with her child. Julian makes it at the last possible second to say farewell and, in that last minute, Marley understands her third wish was to begin to look all starry eyed at. The film closes with Marley's burial service, a beautiful festival of her existence with every last bit of her loved ones.

Film Review: Paradise's above. This horrifying film has Kate Hudson as Marley, a bubbly, single New Orleans lady whose lighthearted way to deal with life – no-strings sex, great buddies, an underhanded comical inclination – comes to a standstill when she's determined to have colon disease, or 'ass tumor' as this warm joker has it. Fortunately for Marley, one of her specialists is a saved however nice looking Jewish Mexican, Julian Goldstein (Gael García Bernal – what's going on to his profession?), who challenges his patient's obstinate dispositions to life and passing by announcing his adoration for her pretty much as the therapeutic visualization isn't looking so great…

While the early scenes of 'A Little Bit of Heaven' seem to be a Hollywood 'Cheerful' as free Marley affably juggles a fun social existence with a compensating work, the film first enters dream land when Marley pops to paradise and stops for a moment to talk with God (Whoopi Goldberg!) and after that plumps for all the gravity and tackiness of 'Romantic tale' as it makes a handbrake turn from nutty to tearful region. To top it all off, executive Nicole Kassell (who made the altogether different 'The Woodsman') and first-time author Gren Wells double-cross Marley's heart-on-your-sleeve trustworthiness by giving us an untrustworthy portrayal of infection and demise. A diversion and charming Hudson is the best thing about the film, yet else it's a critical undertaking just suited to the individuals who like a modest, forgettable sob.
