Film Story: The film begins with a Buddhist Monk ruminating in Sivankondamalai. As he opens his eyes, he cautions a cottage's proprietor that his home is spooky. The story movements to Chennai where Kajal (Shanaya) who has a get-together to reunite with her school companions. At that point she uncovers about her cohort Kumar (Santhanam) who was conveyed of school due to Kajal. Later, Kajal gets Kumar's personal residence and she understands about Kumar who broke into her home before. At the same time, Kumar and Mohan plan to abduct Kajal to show her a lesson. Thus, they grab her and Kajal uncovers herself to Kumar with a kiss and they both begin to look all starry eyed at.
Kumar visits a wedding where Kajal is available and as they get individual it is seen by Kajal's sibling (T.M.Karthik) who misjudges Kumar as Kapoor family's grandson. At the point when Kajal's dad solicits Kumar from his family's endorsement, Kumar brings his family for a meeting where Kajal's dad comes to realize that they are not a piece of Kapoor family. Before they leave, Kumar's mom goes to Lord Muruga and accidently drops the Vel taken care of and takes it along. In any case, no one realizes that the house is spooky (counting Mani). On the way,Kumar's family is spooky by some street side inn individuals. Mani and his sidekicks go into the house as servants.The supernatural box containing the spirits still stay in the house.
Later, Mani and his sidekicks begin to terrify Kajal with the idea of phantom. Mani and his sidekicks attempt to frighten Kumar and Kumar comes to realize that it was only a dramatization. So Kumar educates this to his family and Kumar requests that they hit anyone as apparition. The minister who understands that when the moon's light touches the case, the apparitions inside it will get discharged. The friar sends a follower to understand that crate, however Kumar's dad and Mohan botch him for a gatecrasher and thump him out. In the long run, the moon's light touches the crate and the phantoms inside get discharged. Kumar comes to realize that Mani and his sidekicks are the ones who is startling them. Kumar experiences the genuine apparition. As the apparition frequents the house, the minister arrives and draws one of the phantoms into the case and the other phantom enters the Kajal's body out of fierceness. The friar enters a domain where Kajal's spirit is caught and hears a cry getting out of Kumar. The minister requests Kumar and sends him into the domain to control the apparition, however he gets caught there. Luckily, Kumar's mom takes the Vel and spots it in Kumar's grasp. As Kumar additions profound certainty, he murders the phantom with the Vel.
